I made these books for my Associate Photographers to use while doing
their practice sessions and later meeting with clients. They are
spiral-bound books filled with posing ideas for photo sessions. They
can either be used for inspiration and preparation before the client
arrives, or as a tool when planning the session with the client. The
photographer can flip through the pages, discussing different types of
backgrounds, poses, and looks, to get a feel for the type of images the
client wants to create.
They've been so useful, not only for the Associates, but for me as
well, that I've decided to offer them to other photographers. These
5x5 Look Books include 50 pages with a wide variety of posing ideas in
each book. The books are divided by subject: Maternity, Newborn,
Babies & Toddlers, Children, Families, & Beach.
They don't have my studio logo or my name anywhere on the book, so you won't be promoting my work, just using the images for inspiration. There are no words, no text, no explanation of how to set up the images. Instead, there is a page number on the bottom of each page. These numbers correlate to a series of companion books: The Posing Guides.
Each Look Book has a companion 5x5 spiral-bound Posing Guide, with
detailed descriptions and advice on how to set up the pose. I kept
these separate from the Look Books so that you won't have to show the
notes to a client, and if you don't really need the notes, you don't
have to get them.
The companion Posing Guides are still in production and are not yet available.
The Look Books are $65 for one book, $55 for two or more books, or $300 for the entire set of six books.
To purchase your Look Books, use the paypal button below, and please specify which books you want: Maternity, Newborns, Babies & Toddlers, Children, Families, Beach.
Do you sell these as a download so we could print these off ourselves ? Or will you in the future ?

Any idea when the posing guides will be available? Are they included in the price of the look books or will they be an additional purchase?
